PMy core business is product training with elements of sales. I have been involved in it since 2007,
In 2011, I started my cooperation with Acer Poland. Our cooperation consists, among others, of providing training for Acer employees, as well as for distributors and salespeople from partner companies.
It is also worth adding that when I started my cooperation with Acer, I introduced a new standard in product training in the IT industry. I replaced presentations that used to be popular by product training modules that I implemented according to adult learning styles (the so-called Kolb Cycle). Accordingly, standard presentations have been replaced by workshops, which resulted in improved sales effectiveness.
When planning a product training course I try to make every training different, refreshed, so as it has
a new formula, creative exercises and meets the exact needs of the customer.
As of March 2015, I have trained about 7,000 people during more than 1,200 training courses.
My company is listed in the Training Institutions Register.

If I had to say what is my greatest passion, I would say – running inspirational seminars. The aim of these seminars is to encourage the participants to take actions and change their own lives. I truly believe that if you have dreams and clear targets, and in addition you are persistent, you can achieve almost everything you have planned. I am a great example of this.
I think life is too short to be wasting time on things you do not like doing, such as unsatisfying job or lying in front of the TV. All you need to do is to discover your ‘thing’ so as to be able to „live life to the fullest”, as one of my mentors says. I did so and will be glad to inspire you to do the same.
During my seminars, thanks to a number of examples taken from my own and other people’s lives, I try to inspire and motivate participants to take actions. Thanks to this they get to know the process of gaining success and how to set up targets so that they become easy to be achieved.

Below you will find photos from one of the product trainings I’ve done for Acer. . The training took place in April 2011, following the commercial launch of Acer Iconia A500 tablet in Poland. The training targeted Acer promoters.
I was born in 1981 in Wielkopolska region. Currently I live in Silesia near the beautiful Polish mountains Beskidy. Since 2003, that is since my first serious job at Amica Wronki S.A., I have had my eyes set on working as a coach. My dream came true four years later while working, among others, for companies such as Mix Electronics or Electro World, as a trainer in customer service, product training and after-sales service.
Both my training skills and my eagerness to organize training courses differently have resulted in setting up my own training company in 2009. It would not have been possible if I had not worked hard and found a niche in the training market, which without doubt were product training courses.
As I wanted to deepen my knowledge, I decided to complete the Trainers School (Szkoła trenerów LAB) in Katowice at advanced level.
I am currently in a regular cooperation with a number of retail chains and I employ 20 people in my team. Besides, I have been running a project „Brand Specialist” for Acer
Personally, I try to improve a difficult art of playing golf, I travel a lot and enjoy being a happy father of little Felix.
As far back as I can remember, I have always wanted to have a job that above all would give me satisfaction. I have always said that you have to enjoy what you do for a living and have to be good at it, and become better and better … and money will follow. This has been my case as well.
